Facilities Use

At Highland Park we are pleased to offer an elegant, versatile and beautifully designed space that is perfect for banquets, workshops, meetings, receptions, and more. Whether you’re planning a small get-together or a grand celebration, we provide the foundation for a successful event. Our Banquet Halls are a dynamic multi-use space for public and private events that can accommodate from 325 to over 1,087 depending on the selected facility. 

We offer a welcoming and functional space whether theatre-style or seated at tables. In addition, there is state-of-the-art technology and amenities to ensure a seamless and successful event.

Highland Park Banquet Halls are located in the lower level of the East Building. There are three banquet halls which can become one grand ballroom. 

  • The Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 1,050 individuals standing 
    • Up to 300 seated guests. 
  • Banquet Hall A can accommodate up to 379 individuals standing 
    • Up to 100 seated guests. 
  • Banquet Hall B which contains a stage, and a media booth can accommodate up to 325 individuals standing 
    • Up to 100 seated guests. 
  • Banquet Hall C can accommodate up to 346 individuals standing 
    • Up to 100 seated guests. 

AVAILABLE AMENTIES: (Contingent upon selected Banquet Halls)

  • Projector -Screen
  • Full audio/video capabilities, including virtual meetings and a mounted video projector with 92-inch projector screen
  • Laptop connectivity
  • Microphones, podium and stage lighting 
  • Wi-Fi internet access

Reservations: Each event is unique so let us learn about what you’re looking for in order to accommodate your needs. The banquet halls can be reserved by completing a Facilities Use Request Form. The Facilities Use Coordinator will review the form and provide availability of space for your event.

Agreement: An agreement and a non-refundable deposit will be required for the use of the Church facility, payable upon event/activity approval. This fee is based on 4 hours of space usage and will cover security, media support, and other needed services (janitorial support).
