Welcome to Prince George’s Christian Academy (PGCA), a distinguished multi-campus ministry located in Prince George’s County, Maryland. Serving students from Pre-K2 to 8th grade. PGCA is a fully accredited institution through the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. Middle States Accreditation is a respected mark of educational excellence, confirming that PGCA continues to meet required standards and actively works to improve students’ outcomes, instructional practices, and school operations each year.
PGCA is a collaborative effort of the First Baptist Church of Glenarden and First Baptist Church of Highland Park. This unique partnership harnesses the collective strength of two influential congregations, fostering a transformative educational experience for young minds.

PGCA Upper School, serving students in grades 4 through 8, is committed to providing a rigorous and dynamic educational experience that prepares students for high school and beyond. The curriculum is designed to challenge students academically while supporting their social, emotional, and physical development.

Our stellar aviation program combines (classroom learning on theory like aerodynamics, weather, and regulations) and flight training (through simulation experience with an instructor) to teach students how to safely and competently operate an aircraft.

Our (STEAM) program (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) is designed to cater to the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth of children, ensuring a well-rounded educational experience.

This professionally-designed Dance studio offers wall-to-wall mirrors and hardwood floors to accommodate students and numerous practice sessions. Here students are taught the purpose of dance from a biblical perspective and are provided an atmosphere of praise through dance in a Christian setting.
