Services & Activities
Annual FaithStrong 5K Walk/Run (held in the Spring) and our FaithStrong 5K REBOOT Walk/Run (held in the Fall). Proceeds benefit the Harvey Scholarship program who annually support youth advancing academically.
WEEKLY: Free-of-charge, accessible, and non-threatening workout classes both in-person and virtual, comparable to a fee-for-service gym experience. Classes include: low impact and mid-level aerobics, senior/chair aerobics, line & hand dancing, step and kickboxing, Yoga/Pilates, and the Faith Walkers (walking group).
FaithStrong Weekend: Fitness instruction following every worship service on 5th Saturday and Sunday
Individual and Group nutritional and fitness coaching that gives crucial tools and support for individual fitness journeys.
Speakers and Trainers who educate on various health and wellness topics as certified experts in many disciplines.
