Prayer Request

FRIDAY FIRE HIGHLIGHTS

January 30, 2026

God is a Place of Safety – Psalm 18:2

The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my savior; my God is my rock, in whom I find protection. He is my shield, the power that saves me, and my place of safety.

You are still here for a reason!

You’re tired but not defeated

Stretched but not broken

Waiting but to Forgotten

You are still here and God is still working!

What tried to break you – Built you

What tried to Bury you – Grew you

What tried to Shake you – Proved you to be “Unshakable”

Prayer is a powerful way to connect with God and find solace in His presence. It involves praising Him, confessing sins and interceding on behalf of others.

At First Baptist Church of Highland Park, we believe in the power of prayer and the strength of our community coming together in faith. Whether you are facing a difficult time or have a joyful praise to share, we are here to pray with you and for you.  We encourage you to share your prayer requests with us, knowing that our congregation is here to support and uplift you.

At the Park we have several opportunities for you to connect with a community of believers through prayer to help uplift your spirits.
